I love this pillow!
I've got Lupus so get lots of joint pain, meaning I don't sleep well as constantly waking In pain. I've been sleeping with a normal pillow between my knees/thighs but as I move slightly the pillow disappears in the bed. Its reasonably comfortable when i first nod off but annoying once it moves in my sleep.
The first night with my new pillow was a bit wierd as I was still working out the best way to have it & kept waking wondering what it was!!!!
Second night I'd mastered it & actually slept 5 hours in a row! I've not done that for 10 years!! Not only was it comfortable so I could get to sleep but it also didn't move out of place, meaning I was hardly in any pain when sleeping.
Also, normally I wake in the morning I'm really stiff & in pain. Therefore it takes ages to get up, dressed & walking ok. Also, as well as the good nights sleep with this pillow, I was a lot less stiff & hardly had any pain when I woke in the morning. It took me a quarter of the time to get up, dressed & be able to move properly.
I'd highly recommend this. Its made a huge difference to my whole life!

I'm not pregnant, but I was recommended this pillow for hypermobility syndrome. It helps me get comfortable a lot more easily than using normal pillows, and I'd highly recommend. Also it's really easy to get spare covers, so that's a plus too.

I bought this for a pregnant relative at about 3/4 months. Now 8 months and would not be without it!
