We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes people change their minds or problems occur.

Return an item you no longer want…

If your items have arrived and you have decided you no longer need or want them, you can return your item up to 30 days after delivery, unused and in the original packaging. Please note, you will bear the cost of the return.

Please return them via a courier of your choice to our address Lancashire Textiles, Cameron Mill, Howsin Street, Burnley, Lancashire BB11 1PP. 

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

All items must be in their original packaging

All items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition

Parcel must include the receipt of purchase which includes order number and contact details 

Once your order arrives back with us, we will inspect the item and if the item is in its original condition we will issue a full refund (minus postage) within 3-5 working days.
